Mahmud & Associates (Dhaka, Bangladesh) since 2010, he is a Master of Law from DIU and Post Graduate in Accounting from the NU, also he is achieving A Doctoral Thesis on “Tax Reforms for the Twenty First Century: A Study with Reference to Preparation of Income Tax Assesses in Bangladesh” from AIUC. He is a proud member of the Bangladesh Bar Council, Supreme Court Bar Association, Taxes Bar Association & Dhaka Bar Association, during his initial stage of practice, he associated himself with various reputed Advisory & Consultancy Firms as a Senior Associate. He did all this with rendering his services as a litigator by representing the said firm’s clients before various regulatory authorities. He has vital experience in the field of Taxation Law, Company Law, Bangladesh entry strategies and Intellectual Property Rights. He is a highly skilled and accomplished attorney and legal strategist. He has a strong knowledge of corporate compliance, foreign investment, direct & indirect taxes, and corporate governance matters. He advises clients in a variety of sectors including information technology, power, telecom, engineering, consumer goods, real estate etc. And has represented several multinationals. His extensive transactional experience includes corporate taxation, entity formation and maintenance, and the drafting and negotiation of a variety of commercial agreements.
